The one-bedroom apartment sleeps two and is beautifully and exquisitely furnished in an elegant, contemporary style.The open-plan kitchen is well-equipped and accommodates a meal for four people. The lounge offers comfortable seating, air-conditioning, plasma TV with home theatre system and satellite TV. The en-suite bedroom features a king size bed (which can be converted into two single beds). Towels and linen are provided. Once a week cleaning service is included.

Facilities

306 The Legacy offers luxurious little extras; excellent location, safety deposit box large enough to store a standard-sized laptop, a Breville espresso machine, rooftop saltwater pool, and dedicated underground parking.

Make use of the entertainment facilities on the rooftop of The Legacy. The rooftop offers the ultimate escape with a glistening salt water pool, sun loungers, a seating area, gas barbeque facilities and magnificent views from Table Mountain, the Cape Town harbour and across Robben Island to Sea Point. A handy carrier with barbeque equipment is located in the kitchen of the apartment for an al fresco South African braai (barbeque) with friends.

The development features state of the art security equipment and cameras are strategically located throughout the building. There is controlled access with a 24-hour concierge service.

The dedicated secure parking is located in the basement with lift access to the apartment floor.

This is a non-smoking apartment.

Pets are welcome, but should be arranged with the owners prior to arrival.
